Climate Control is basically an air condition that holds more features and technology than the simple traditional A/C systems. Many new cars are equipped with electronic air conditioning systems that allow passengers more control on their vehicle's climate.
The level of control and sophistication of the system vary between systems. More systems feature digital display and dual-zone control. Luxury cars are usually equipped with more advanced systems that allow temperature setting for separate zones in the vehicle, for example.
We repair climate control units electronic & computer problems
The system is divided into two sides, known as the high side and the low side.
The compressor, beginning at the high side, functions like a pump, moving refrigerant through the system.
Air condition system
The expansion valve, which begins at the low side, restricts refrigerant flow, lowering the pressure and the temperature of the refrigerant.
Climate control systems use sensors to measure inside and outside conditions.
The data is constantly processed by the computer which controls the operation of the entire system to provide passengers with optimal climate.
N. Eyal & Co. vehicle lab specializes in electronic systems diagnostics and repairs.
The lab repairs and restores dashboard components including: instrument panel, instrument cluster, speedometer, odometer, warning lights and the climate control unit as well as the sensors.
In addition, we repair most control units (computers), ABS controllers and stability control units and install airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners.
